Moonlight Seduction

In the pure moonlight, sitting in an Abra floating across Souk Madinat with my love.. Oh what a beau evening!

To glam up my Make-up look, I wore a MAC studio fix foundation and kept it totally matte because i intended to add a metallic finish to my eyes. That deep brown of my eye and blue are a complete contrast of colors and that’s why my eyes seem to stand out.

To achieve that deep blue first dabbed the two-third of your eye lid with a  black charcoal/ gel liner. I used a MAC fluid line black eyeliner. Then layer it quickly with an electric blue eye shadow and softly blend into the crease.

Mix a wash of white & silver  in the inner corner of your eye and the brow bone in order to highlight your eyes. Next curl your lashes and load them with a mascara. These are simple tricks done to make small eyes appear defined & proportionately bigger.

Finish your look with a soft peachy lip color.

My hair have a naturally wavy texture to i chose to leave them open and just be how they wanted to be.

Top Tip! Line your lips with a shade darker to the lip color you choose to use. This will add definition to your mouth and leave an understated pout.

Planning a Glamorous Night Out?

Here’s an easy look that you can flaunt.

First, begin by choosing only one feature which you’d like to highlight, so either it’s the eyes or the lips. I personally think that my eyes are a pretty feature of my face and I love to highlight them most of the time. If you think you’re going to be on the dance floor all the time then you might want to stick with your sweat proof make-up.

Let’s move on to creating the look now..

1. Blend in your shade of concealer on your eye socket, under the eyes and wherever else on the face required. Next, just blend in your foundation shade and let it settle down with a translucent powder. This will get you a good coverage base. Now you’re ready to throw some colors on the canvas.
2. Start applying the main dark shade from the corner of the eye and blend across the crease line. Similarly blend it across the lower lash line. To create a smoky finish, repeat the same by layering with a black eyeshadow.
3. Highlight the first half of the eye with a silver/ gold/ white, basically light color and blend it into the other half. Similarly apply the highlight color on the brow bone and blend it into the crease line. The key to get any look is just blending.
4. Apply a gel liner on top and smudge the outer corners. Pump your lashes with 2 coats of mascara and kohl on the waterline.
5. Keep the cheeks softly contoured with a bronzer. Finish lips with a nude / soft pink lip color.
6. Curl your hair messy, it looks really sexy!

Top Tip! If you don’t want your lip color to bleed, just layer it with a lip pencil first.
